Factions???

Ok, so I was talking to Dr A today and we came up with an idea that can be applied later on once the KTPT is bigger. The idea is that each board member has their own group of followers. Essentially factions. I think Rabid has already be testing with this. Anyway, this allows things to be a bit easier to manage while keeping a family like feel to the KTPT. Basically, if that happens, we'll split the KTPT up into groups. However, we'll all be under the KTPT.

What we'll do is keep the core KTPT forums (new ones) and then, if the numbers grow enough, then we'll create 6 other forums for each "faction". That way, stress is eased off of all board members. They only have to keep track of their group.

Later on, we can then start contests between the groups and that kind of thing. Basically, it will help us keep massive numbers but still keep the small cosy group feel.

Any ideas on this? Should we do it in the future?

Yeah I have made little sections on the new website for each faction.

Also we could have sections on the official forums where only the certain factions can get to. Such as a section called Zitzabis' Army and only that faction can access it. I did go ahead and make place holder names on the ktpt website but they can easily be changed. Also, Zitz, if you havent checked it out here is the link: http://knightsofthepixeltab.wix.com/ktpt

I just made a test section only the group Rabid's Minions can access. We should do something like that on the new forums.
