How to make your pixel art bigger
1. Start out by drawing your pixel art.
2. Now select your pixel art.
3. Use the cursor tool and drag the image out to a larger size that fits comfortable or your canvas.
Note: By default, the image quality will be smooth. Go to the next step to solve this.
4. Change the image quality to pixelated to keep the pixel look.
5. Now save your image at this increased size.

I had a go on working it out... *brain now hurts*
Sorry...I can't work it out. But if you can, you're welcome to post a tutorial. In fact, I encourage you to do so. But in the end, I suggest just using Paint.NET.

Re: Pixel Art Expansion Paint.NET Version
Hehe, I just use Paint in our desktops, and select the pixel in a square, then enlarging it... Let's say 4 times, so I multiply the square 4 times, then enlarging the square to that number, and that's how I enlarged it :I
Okay that was way too complicated for some people
