Pixel Software

We've recieved many questions about what software to use for pixel art.
Now this varies from artist to artist.

However, for all you Windows users. The recommended software would be either Photoshop or Paint.NET

Photoshop is a paid program.
Paint.NET is not.

So if you want a nice, simple and easy software to create pixel art. Then the recommended software would be Paint.NET
To find this, just Google or Bing it. Easy!

As for all you Mac users. This info will be updated shortly.

Interesting, never heard of it. But it sounds like quite a good program, it comes with .gif support

what what do you guys use to string images into gifs? i use to use iaza but it kinda hates me now... so
